Where the hell is Owen's Bar?
If anyone of you are thinking about coming on Wednesday but are thinking "where the hell is Owen's Bar?" (as i would have done this time last year) don't worry... it's really easy to find. It's right behind the Bell Hotel (The wetherspoons in town...so you can start there for a few cheap drinks too) which is next to the Castle Mall, right at the top of red lion street. I realise to most people that wont be a lot of help. It's simple really. Take any of the buses that go into the City Centre (25, 26, 27... 25 is the quickest) and get off at the bus station. Leave the bus station from the side that the buses didn't come in from (so go right as you get off of the bus). When you hit the road, go left. At the end of that road, turn right. This should put you on Red Lion street. Keep walking on this road and, when it bends round to the right, you should be able to see the Bell Hotel, and Owen's Wine bar is right behind it. Hope that helps folks! If this isn't good enough, use google maps to help (i tried to draw a basic one but it's rubbish and won't help you at all). If you STILL don't think you can find it (or your friends don't like this music and you don't want to go on your own) you can either ring me before hand and i can arrange to meet up with you and lead you there OR you can just call once you get to the bus station and i can come collect you then bring you back to owen's (it's only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop).
